As founder and managing partner, Tina Colton is the primary point person for L2 Consulting (formerly Christina Luddy Leadership Consulting, hence L2). She works directly with clients to assess and fulfill their leadership development needs. As her clients’ needs determine, Tina also utilizes the services of a number of trusted colleagues with leadership development expertise to supplement her capabilities.

Tina has changed my career trajectory. I went from unsure if I could succeed and almost quitting to dramatically transformed and thriving. Tina propelled me forward and gave me the confidence to ask for and land every role as as the scope of my work increased.

Barbara PastoreBarbara Pastore

Title: Operational Assistant

Barbara is a problem solver extraordinaire and the driving force behind operations management at L2 Consulting. She handles everything from invoicing to travel arrangements, technical support, marketing, email, and likely anything else needed to support the organization.

Barbara’s background involved working with public schools for over 25 years as a payroll benefits supervisor and managing federal programs for a special education department. When she’s not working with L2 Consulting, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and reading mysteries.

Jo Ann Gammel - Research Analyst for L2 ConsultingJo Ann Gammel

Title: Research Analyst

Jo Ann’s background in education and enthusiasm for research, coupled with her superpower of listening, make her the ideal person to conduct client 360 interviews and qualitative research for L2. She particularly enjoys how the questions used during the interviews honor the insights, perceptions & opinions of each team. Jo Ann firmly believes when good questions get asked, good responses are collected, which lead to good data analysis, which reveals a deeper understanding of a situation and context.

A recent transplant to Florida, Jo Ann originally came from Kansas, spent several decades in Boston and relocated to be closer to family. Holding a doctoral degree from Columbia, Jo Ann has been a professor, director of doctoral programs, adviser to doctoral students, and taught courses including qualitative research methods. When not embroiled in research, she’s probably reading about it, although she does also enjoy fiction books and checking out the local art scene. A new hobby brought on by the warmer climate is sitting on her patio to take in the neighborhood pond and wildlife.

Kay SkeltonKay Skelton

Title: Executive Assistant

Kay is the first person you’ll talk to when booking a meeting with Tina or the team at L2 Consulting. She is the keeper of the schedule and responsible for all things calendar related.

With a background in sales and a BS degree in Sociology/Psychology, Kay traveled all over the West coast for 20 years selling medical supplies.  Preferring to roam less now, she enjoys coordinating clients at L2, playing tennis, hiking, and biking in Arizona.

Pooja ChurchPooja Church

Title: Analyst

Pooja uses her keen insights to analyze interview data and create self-awareness reports for L2 clients. Her experience with auditing helps her look for patterns in data. She revels in understanding how different people receive information, how they use information and then how to make that information work in their favor.

Originally from upstate New York, Pooja now resides in Texas with her husband and young children. She is a chemical engineer by education, has a master’s degree and her corporate background is in the consumer foods industry. Given a moment to herself, Pooja enjoys working out, getting pampered, spicy food and New York-style pizza. If you happen to catch her at a stoplight, you might find her jamming out to hip-hop in her car.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University School of Law, with honors. He is also a professional certified coach, a qualified business coach, a court-certified mediator, and holds a master’s degree in Intuition Medicine®. Paul is a member of the professional faculty of British Petroleum, Teleos Leadership Institute, and the Center for Innovation and Transformation, and he is certified to deliver the Strengths Deployment Inventory, Change Styles Inventory, and the FIRO-B assessment tools.

Karen EricksenKaren Ericksen

Karen is an executive coach with more than 25 years of business experience in corporate environments and professional services. She has effectively delivered leadership and team-development programs, strategic marketing initiatives, and executive coaching. Karen has spent the past decade coaching individuals, small teams, and large groups in corporate environments and small to medium businesses. She presently works with emerging and senior leaders in a number of Global 100 companies to deliver leadership programs and coaching to multicultural groups around the world. Her highly collaborative style and strength in forging meaningful, insightful connections with others provide a catalyst for encouraging personal and organizational growth and navigating change. Karen’s key focus areas include communication, team leadership, trusted advisorship, leadership strengths, work/life balance, experiential learning, facilitation, and coaching.

Her business acumen reflects Karen’s experience across a broad variety of markets and organizations. She has consulted independently to start-up and rapid-growth companies in Colorado, helping them to develop and expand their markets. Previously, as a senior manager at Apple Computer, she created strategies to strengthen customer focus as well as developed and implemented strategic marketing and communications plans. She spent several years at Apple’s subsidiary in Sydney, Australia, where she directed Apple’s marketing to Australian/New Zealand schools and universities.

Karen received her MBA from Stanford University in California and her BA in economics from Williams College in Massachusetts. She is certified in coactive coaching with the Coach Training Institute (CTI) in California and in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI).

Karen lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and two teenage sons. She is an avid hiker, skier, outdoor enthusiast, foodie, and traveler. She is a voracious reader always on the lookout for great travel books and dining recommendations.

Allison DunnAllison Dunn

Allison is an organizational consultant who specializes in coaching individuals, helping them to clarify their goals and achieve their strategic objectives. She also works with teams, facilitating the improvement of their capabilities in both the task and interpersonal realms, and with organizations, enabling them to become more effective and efficient by overcoming the technical, interpersonal, and organizational barriers to change.

In her work, Allison builds on a systems perspective to understand the underlying, interconnected factors that shape outcomes in complex organizations. Before becoming a consultant, Allison spent seven years in the financial services industry at Wachovia and Capital One, working in brokerage, credit services, and online banking, where she focused on marketing, analysis, and operations management. She has been an independent consultant since 2002.
